Jeff Doctor

Jeff Doctor is the Executive Director of the National Indian Cannabis Coalition (NICC) and an entrepreneur who has been involved politically with Indian Country for years. Jeff is a Native business leader and was the Democratic nominee for U.S. Congress in 2010 in the ninth district of North Carolina; he is from the Seneca Nation.
