Amy Margolis is a shareholder in Greenspoon Marder’s Cannabis practice group in the Portland office, as well as the founder and director of the Oregon Cannabis PAC and the Oregon Cannabis Association, which is the largest professional cannabis association in the state of Oregon. Her primary practice areas are licensing, compliance and regulatory work as well as continuing to represent clients charged with crimes in either state or federal court.
